HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Delivery times vary depending on the country and the shipping provider.

We strive to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Your order is immediately handed over to our logistics team after successful payment, so cancellations are generally not possible.

In rare cases, a cancellation may still be possible. Please contact our customer service via email for assistance.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

At belum-market, we understand that online shopping sometimes means needing to return or exchange items. That’s why we make it as easy as possible, offering a 14-day return policy for all products.

CAN YOU DELETE MY DATA?

Your privacy is very important to us. You can contact us to request the deletion of your personal data that we have collected in accordance with the GDPR.

Please note that in some cases, we may not be able to delete the data, such as when we are legally obligated to retain it.
